Shipping policy

We deliver to all serviceable postal addresses across India. Therefore, we request you to provide a complete street address along with the correct PIN code/zip code while placing your order.

To ensure the quickest and confirmed delivery of all orders within India, please make sure to enter the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. Milanfox cannot be held responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.

Please note that all shipments addressed to Colleges, Schools, Hostels, or similar institutions are placed entirely at the customer’s risk. If the institution’s authority or warden does not accept the package, or if it is refused for any reason, Milanfox will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.

For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the required delivery date in the gift message box while placing the order. If no delivery date is mentioned, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please note that some courier companies may charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, particularly where the address and PIN code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, and not Milanfox. Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

In the event that an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be applicable and must be paid by the customer.

In case of an incomplete address provided by the customer, no action can be taken unless either party receives the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Milanfox will not be responsible and will not initiate any refund under any circumstances.

The dispatch time mentioned on our website for each item is indicative and approximate. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. No refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be entertained solely due to such delays.

Under normal circumstances:

  • Dispatch time: 1 to 4 working days

  • Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days after dispatch

NOTE: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination PIN code. Some areas may require longer delivery timelines than usual.
